Are we surprised they are based in AR? Uh..no.
Did you see the story about the robber who duct taped his face for a disguise? I bet that hurt coming off!! Dude! Go buy a ski mask!!
Yes, I did read that story. He supposedly tried to rob a bank that way and then went to some store and was chased by a worker, tackled and held in a choke hold until the police arrived.
